Hopefully this will be helpful. He's just an average looking guy with a normal dress sense.
Me and Katie figured around 5'8" tall is a good height for him, he's a bit messy so a bit of stubble (though that'd be more down to Jacks textures), un-tucked shirt, rolled sleeves and baggy bottoms. As for his shoes a simple pair of trainers would probably work? Though again, that'll be mostly determined by the texture.

I'll neaten this up for the sake of presentation and things later (as well as fix his arm/hands) but this should give you something to work with (sorry if there's any light sketch still under this, I tried to clean it up but eeeh my eraser isn't that strong).
