I checked the arm length by rotating it and it's fine, T shape poses just look odd (there's no arm on the side view because fore-shortened fingers are just round blobs). And just a reminder, he's 5'8".

Main Character Front & Side
Okay so after seeing you (Craig) yesterday, I've done the T shape so hopefully you should have no problem now (I cross-checked this with a reference image so everything should line up fine). I've added the files onto dropbox, the front and side are separate files, but I'll also leave the picture with the front and side view on the same image in case you need to split them up differently.
